We do not issue cards, extend credit, make underwriting decisions, or guarantee that any provider will approve an application or offer particular terms.

Any financial product or service ultimately selected by a client is provided by the applicable bank, issuer, fintech, payment provider, or other third party and is governed by that provider’s agreements and policies.

The Commercial Card Benchmark and Free Agent Index are informational tools designed to help businesses evaluate certain features of their corporate card programs against general market practices.

Benchmark results, scores, classifications, estimates, comparisons, and recommendations are based on information supplied by the user, assumptions used in the assessment, and Free Agent Payments’ experience and market observations. They are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of savings, rebates, credit capacity, product availability, approval, or future performance.

Actual outcomes may differ based on factors including spend composition, vendor acceptance, transaction volume, creditworthiness, financial condition, underwriting, program structure, repayment terms, provider requirements, and changes in the marketplace.

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through the Benchmark is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, rebate figures, savings estimates, or potential outcomes presented on the Website are illustrative. They do not guarantee that you or your company will achieve the same or similar results.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.
